Former Broadway and International Jazz Concert artist, ELLIOTT LAWRENCE, has led this San Diego based ensemble as singer and guitarist for the last 4 years. This fine musical organization features the best in musical standards for wedding receptions, parties and corporate entertainment functions. Swingn’ E/Z Big Band also performs jazz and swing music for community park concerts, clubs, and other social events in San Diego.  The Swingn E/Z Big Band started 17 years ago with a promise to stay true to the traditional swing band style. Over the years the band has gone through many changes in personnel but they have stayed true to their basic tenet, to have fun playing great music and to always " Swing ."
The leader is featured vocalist and professional free-lance musician, Elliott Lawrence. Under his demanding leadership, the band has drawn on the talents of some of the finest, most experienced jazz musicians in San Diego. The concert music is so demanding that only top players can execute and perform at the required level. When the Swingn’ E/Z Big Band puts away the concert book and brings out its hot dance book, you know it's going to swing.
