One Heart One Mind Ministries

One Heart-One Mind Spiritual Center- Where You Receive Pure, Practical and Profound Science of Mind- December, 2007

December Theme: The Essence of Spirit

The Essence of God is within each of us. All of our problems are because we don't realize our true birthright. This month we realize the fundamental attributes of God are our attributes. We lean and embody these attributes and commit to living them.

Dec. 2- Life

We realize the Truth of our Being. The Truth is Life. Life is a universal energy that moves through the body and creates perfect circulation, perfect assimilation and perfect elimination. Our bodies are made to be the perfect distributors of life energy.

Dec. 9- Love

We realize the Truth of our Being. The Truth is Love. Love is the positive energy that creates and sustains the universe. It is the glue that holds all particles together. Love heals all things because it bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things and sees the unity in all things.

Dec. 16- Light

We realize the Truth of our Being. The Truth is Light. Light is the power of spiritual awareness and represents freedom, liberation and transformation. Light is the primary attribute to heal the mind and Spirit through the process of illumination.

Dec. 23- Peace

We realize the Truth of our Being. The Truth is Peace. The Christ Child represents the undisturbed harmony at the center of every person. With peace comes serenity, deep tranquility and perfect calm. As we become peaceful, our peace radiates out, touches others, and touches the world. World peace begins one person at a time.

Dec. 30- Joy

We realize the Truth of our Being. The Truth is Joy. Joy results in creative self-expression. As we surrender to the universal energy of joy, we become more receptive to its creative power. Joy gives us the power to plan and carry out our plans for 2008.

A Christmas Poem

It's here again, the crowds, the noise, the hustle of the season.

It's easy to get lost and forget the purpose and the reason

For the celebration and true meaning of this day.

Perhaps it would be better, if maybe, Christmas went away.

'Cause it's off to shopping, buy the tree, the gifts for all my friends.

Christmas cards and halls of holly, it seems it never ends.

But in reflection, I do slow down and hear the message dear.

Behind the clamor and the throng, the word comes loud and clear.

I hear the story of the Christ and really feel the peace.

The hustle and bustle of the crowds, I surely can release.

It revolves around the Christ Child and his birthday long ago,

And why he came to show the way, the journey we all know.

To proclaim divinity in the world, the light of God inside.

To keep reminding you and me, that in love we do abide.

So instead of scurrying and running here and there,

I do it all in worship and see meaning everywhere.

I see the sacred in the stores, the crowds, the traffic too.

Every moment becomes a gift of the holy and the new.

To know we are already perfect, complete and whole

To know we live the real Christmas deep inside our soul.

Thank God, I remember and play my precious part,

in this best of all Christmas, the Christmas of heart.

Have a blessed Christmas and a fabulous New Year.
